1. How to add portfolio post

How to Add a Portfolio Step by Step

  1. From the WordPress dashboard, navigate to Portfolio in the left sidebar.
  2. Click "Add New Portfolio" (shown with label 1 in the first image). This will take you to a new portfolio creation page.
  3. At the top of the new page, add a title where it says "Add title" (marked with label 3).
  4. On the right sidebar, you can:
    • Set a featured image (label 4)
    • Add an excerpt (label 5)
    • Add categories by clicking "Add New Category" (label 6)
  5. For Portfolio Settings, you'll find:
    • The Portfolio Information Title field where you can enter "Project Info" (label 7)
    • An option to "Disable Portfolio Details"
  6. Under Portfolio Projects Details (label 8), you can:
    • Add Project Title
    • Add Project Content
    • Select an Icon
    • Add or Remove Projects using the respective buttons
  7. To add the content, you can either:
    • Use the default WordPress editor
    • Click the "Edit with Elementor" button for a visual drag-and-drop experience
  8. Once you've completed adding all the details, click the "Publish" button in the top right corner to make your portfolio live.

1. Portfolio Archive Settings

On your Wordpress Dashboard - Go to Coreit -- theme options -- CoreIt Portfolio Settings

1.1. Select Archive Page

  • Location: CoreIT Portfolio Settings > Select Archive Page Settings

  • Option: Page

  • Description: Choose the page that will serve as the archive page for your portfolio posts. This page will display all your portfolio items.

  • Default Value: None (must be selected manually)
